More KidsXap News: We are getting ready to go LIVE We are going to be transferring over to KidsXap as of the 15th May 2017. The KidsXap team are going to be sending you out an email with the Username and Password to enable you to log in the Guardian app (which you can download on your Android or iOS device) I have attached the instructions to the bottom of the letter to help you download – if needed and a link on you tube. Once you have your log in details we need your help in completing the Dashboard as soon as possible: You need to be on the internet to fill in this data, either on a laptop or if you receive emails via your phone you can log in under the email link. First under Dashboard please go into Enrolment and waiting list The Primary Guardian: This will already have the account holder details in but please double check the details to ensure that they are all current. Then if applicable you can add another person in the Family details tab, add Guardian: any person that is under Guardian will be able to have access to the Guardian App and details. The next tab we need you to complete is the Authorised Nominees and the people you put in here will be contacted if the guardians are unable to be contacted, they will also be in the system so that when we go to electronic signing in and out (in the future) their name will be in the drop down box allowing them to collect and drop off your child/ren.
In regards to accounts: Please try not to make any payments to the old system in the week of the 15th May you will receive an invoice on the 16th May 2017 which will have the NEW Bpay details on the bottom of the page. This invoice will have zero balance, as we cannot transfer the money over until we have received the CCB and CCR for the week prior. Once OSHC has receive your CCB/CCR details, all money previously owing or in credit will be transferred over to the system by the 22nd May 2017, You next invoice will be on 23rd May 2017 and it will include previous balance + fee for week starting from 15th May 2017. You will be able to see and enter your Bpay details in the Billing section on you app. We would appreciate it if payments and the other tabs could be done as soon as possible.
Now feel free to have a look around the App, you can fill in any other details and even try sending us a message for us to reply to.
We are adding your child/rens school photo into the system and we do ask that you don’t change this but feel free to add your photo if you like. Hope you enjoy being able to use KidsXap I know we are looking forward to going live and also learning and growing with the system and its many functions. In time we will notify you of the new things we have learnt and share them with you via the App. We are going to see how families go in the first week with accessing the App. Feel free to email or phone if you are having any difficulties and if needed we are happy to have an information night or catch up with you upon collection time

KIDSXAP Important OSHC News: Look what is coming to Trinity OSHC services…. We have some exciting news about Trinity College OSHC services and Montessori. We are going to be changing over to a new system called KidsXap. When using this system you will be able to access OSHC information via an App on your phone or other electronic devices. You will be able to check your own current enrolment details, and notify us easily if you require a casual day all from the App. We will be able to send you instant notifications about your child/rens day, like how they are going or something new they have tried as well as send accident reports straight to you. You will be able to set up a direct debit request which is something new for us here at OSHC, via BillBuddy and you will be able to check your account yourselves via the App. Bpay will still be an option for families to utilise. We need to do some finalising in the transfer process to move all your family details over to KidsXap and would appreciate if you could complete the forms attached and return them as soon as possible. Once you have done this you will receive emails on occasions just letting you know we are entering details into the system, these are not important at the moment so please discard them. We will not have the system live or the App available until sometime early in Term 2 (all going well) So please complete the details and return the forms to us ASAP so we can begin transferring your families details over and we will keep you informed with our progress. We will be arranging some parent information evenings once we transfer over to assist any parents with questions or assistance in using the App. So keep an eye out for our next exciting “Important OSHC News part 2”
