To use this booking system your child/ren must have a current enrolment form with Trinity College Gawler OSHC. Please note we are unable to accept any vacation care bookings until all overdue fees are paid. If you need to arrange a financial plan this can be done through Michelle. Please remember that any days booked will be charged the normal daily fee, even if you cancel. Please note you will still receive your CCSS, unless we are able to replace your booking then you will not be charged for that booking. Bookings made once Vacation Care has started will incur additional fees.
As our policy states - Non-Payment/Overdue Fees: Any family who does not make regular payments for fees will receive a Friendly Reminder. We ask that you please remember to make regular weekly or fortnightly payments to your OSHC accounts. It is important to keep accounts up to date, any accounts that do not have regular payment will result in Vacation Care and/or Before and After School Care sessions cancelled. If you wish to speak to the Director about your account or making a payment plan please contact Michelle on either 8523 8760 or email@example.com Following further non-payment of fees owed to the service a letter will be sent to the family advising that their children’s attendance will be refused until ALL OUTSTANDING FEES ARE PAID. If a final notice is issued then all Care requirements will need to be paid in advance. No exceptions. For families who no longer require care but have outstanding accounts, these will be followed up by the Central Admin and may result in being added to your school account for reimbursement of care provided. If on a second occasion a family allows their account to become overdue without negotiation, the children will be permanently excluded from the service, the only exception to this will be all care requirements are paid in advance. Please contact the Director for fees and charges. Each year, your OSHC account MUST be cleared before you can return to the service the next year. Thank You.
